No. Choose a treatment and a time online or by WhatsApp, and that is the reservation. You pay when you arrive at reception in euros, Egyptian pounds or by card. There is no deposit and nothing is charged before you arrive.

Cancel or move your slot free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. Inside 24 hours we still try to reschedule you the same week; just message us as early as you can so the driver and therapist can be reassigned.

Usually yes. We open at 10:00 and the last treatment starts at 18:00, and most days have space for a same-day massage or hammam. Send a WhatsApp with your hotel name and preferred time and you will normally get a pickup confirmation within 15 minutes.

Every guest gets fresh towels, a fresh sheet on the table and a single-use nail file, buffer and toe separator in the nail bar. Metal instruments are cleaned, sealed and sterilised in an autoclave between clients. Hammam benches are rinsed and disinfected after each session, and oils and scrubs are decanted per guest rather than shared from one jar.

Around 40 percent of our guests are men. Deep tissue massage, Turkish hammam, HydraFacial and the spa pedicure are the most booked services by male guests. Tell us if you prefer a male or a female therapist and we will do our best to match it.

Children from 6 years join the Family Hammam Experience (EUR 64 for up to 4 people) and the sauna, jacuzzi and steam pass with a parent in the room. Massage is for guests aged 16 and over. We keep the steam lower and the water warm rather than hot when children are present.

From the second trimester onward, yes, with a side-lying relax massage and no deep pressure on the lower back or abdomen. We do not offer massage in the first trimester, and we skip hot stone, sauna, jacuzzi and hammam steam throughout pregnancy. Please mention pregnancy when booking so we plan the room and the therapist.

Tipping is appreciated but never expected. Guests who want to tip usually leave EUR 2 to 5 or the EGP equivalent directly with the therapist. There is no service charge added to the bill.

Nothing special. We provide a robe, slippers, disposable underwear for massage and body treatments, and shampoo and body wash in the showers. Come in whatever you would wear to walk around Hurghada. For nails, leave old polish on; removal is included.

No. You wear disposable underwear or your own swimwear; a bikini bottom or swim shorts is what most guests choose. A cotton wrap (pestemal) covers you between stages. Couples and families are treated in a private hammam room, and women can request a female attendant.

Gel applied at Wellness-Hurghada normally holds 2 to 3 weeks with no chipping, including pool, sea and sunscreen. Our gel manicure and pedicure combo (EUR 40) is timed for guests who arrive, get their nails done on day one or two and fly home with them still intact.

Yes. The salon offers a wash and blow dry (EUR 17, by appointment) for an evening out, and a hair spa with keratin mask (EUR 27) for hair dried out by sun, sea salt and pool chlorine. Braids and simple updos are available on request.

Yes, and it is the most popular way to visit. A hammam followed by a massage, or a HydraFacial followed by a manicure and blow dry, run back to back with a tea break between. The Beauty Day package (EUR 69, by appointment) bundles HydraFacial, manicure, pedicure and blow dry at a lower price than booking separately.
