Wellness-Hurghada, a spa in the Mubarak 2 area and a beauty salon in Panorama Mall, Hurghada, Red Sea, Egypt. Questions about your data go to info@wellness-hurghada.com or to our WhatsApp number, and a person answers them.

This is the part guests care about most, so it comes first.

• We will never sell your phone number or email address to anyone, for any price.
• We will never pass them to another company, agency, hotel, tour operator or partner.
• We will never use them for marketing you did not ask for. No bulk messages, no WhatsApp broadcasts.
• Inside our own team they are used for one thing only: arranging and confirming your visit.

This is a rule we hold ourselves to, not only a promise to you. If you subscribed to our newsletter, that is a separate choice you made, and one click unsubscribes you.

Women are treated by a female therapist and men by a male therapist. This is our standard, not something you have to request, and it applies to massage, hammam and body treatments.

Treatment rooms are private and closed. You are never fully undressed: swimwear or the disposable underwear we provide is worn throughout. Nothing about your visit, your body or your health is discussed with anyone outside the therapist treating you.

• Booking: your name, phone or WhatsApp, email, hotel and any notes you add. We need these to confirm the appointment, send the driver and know about allergies or injuries before we start.
• Contact form and chat: what you write to us, plus a name and number if you choose to leave one, so we can answer.
• Reviews: the name and text you submit, shown publicly as you wrote them.
• Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribed.

We do not ask for and do not store card numbers. You pay at the spa, and if you choose PayPal the payment happens on PayPal's side, not ours.

We use no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no third-party analytics, because we do not advertise online. That is why this site has no cookie banner to click away.

What the site does store on your device is what makes it work: your language, your chosen currency, an id for the chat window so your conversation does not disappear when you scroll, and a login cookie if you sign in to see your bookings. Clearing your browser data removes all of it.

Booking records are kept while they are useful for accounting and for recognising a returning guest, then removed. Chat conversations and contact messages are cleared once the question is closed. Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete any of it sooner, and we will.

Write to info@wellness-hurghada.com or message our WhatsApp and ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. There is no form and no fee. Say what you want done and we do it, normally the same day.

The site runs over HTTPS, admin access is limited to our own team, and treatment notes are visible only to the therapist and the front desk.

Guests under 18 are booked by a parent, who stays present for the treatment. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children.

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. We will never change it in a way that lets us sell or share your contact details, because that is not a business we intend to be in.
