The Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage is a focused 30-minute seated or table treatment in central Hurghada for €12 per person (was €16), with free hotel pickup and drop-off inside Hurghada. It goes straight to the three places where holiday tension collects: the base of the skull, the sides of the neck and the top of the shoulders, and it fits between breakfast and the beach.
What happens in a 30-minute head and neck massage?
You stay fully clothed if you prefer, or remove your top and lie face up under a single-use towel. There is no long consultation, just two questions: where does it hurt, and do you want oil in your hair or not (we can work dry).
- Shoulders (10 min): firm thumb and forearm pressure along the upper trapezius, the muscle you shrug with, plus slow circles over the shoulder blades.
- Neck (10 min): gentle traction, kneading along both sides of the neck, and 20-second holds at the base of the skull where headaches start.

What to Expect
The driver collects you at the hotel entrance 10-15 minutes before your slot and the ride to our spa near Mubarak 2 is short. At reception you get water or mint tea, hand over glasses and earrings, and tell the therapist whether you want oil in your hair.
You sit in an ergonomic massage chair or lie face up on the table, fully clothed or with your top removed under a fresh single-use towel, whichever you prefer. The therapist works the shoulders first with firm pressure, then the neck with slow kneading and light stretching, and finishes with a fingertip scalp massage that most guests say is the best part. Pressure is adjusted with one word.
The whole treatment is 30 minutes. You leave with a looser neck, a clearer head and, if you chose dry work, perfectly presentable hair. Pay in EUR, EGP or by card at reception and the driver takes you back or on to the beach. Plan 60 minutes door to door.

Most tension headaches start at the base of the skull and in the upper shoulders, exactly where this massage focuses. Guests with jet-lag or screen headaches usually feel relief within the 30 minutes. Migraine sufferers should tell us first.
For neck and shoulders, yes; the whole treatment is concentrated on a small area. If you want your back included too, book the 60-minute relax massage for €17 instead.
