What happens during a hot stone massage in Hurghada?
After a short chat about pressure and any sore areas, you lie face down on a warmed table under a fresh single-use towel. The therapist tests each stone on her own wrist first, then on your forearm, so nothing arrives hotter than you like.
- Placement (5 min): seven stones are laid along the spine and in the palms of your hands, wrapped in thin cloth, to start loosening the back.
